What motors will fit in a 92 civic hatch CX?
First question is, How bad of a problem could burning oil be? like this kids car burns oil, like when he guns it in first or second, smoke comes out bad, and the oil looks burnt..
Is the motor gonna just go at anytime, or is it just gonna burn oil?
And also what motors will drop in to the car without any problem? it has a d15b8 in it now

mods need to put a quiz in the FAQ's so that peepo can make sure they are reading it and so they dont ask questions like this..

Only a D-series motor will fit in a 92 civic cx hatch. Trust me I know. I have a 92 cx hatch and was pissed when I found out I couldn't put a better motor in my car.

any motor will drop in with no problem. it's whether how easy you want a motor to drop in. Modifications or no modifications.

Very nice build....

Ok i read the first link about the motors, i searched also, and couldnt find any specific answers to my question..
I mean if someone has a better search method and could find a thread about putting a D16 into a 92 cx,
Or whatever motor is the easiest, and requires the least ammount of problems, basically a direct drop in

Re: (standbackimapro)
You should try the twin v8 buggatti engines, with a little bondo it would fit nicely.
Though I'm still trying to figure out how you would route the charge piping for four turbos...

I can't believe this.
standbackimapro, you've been a member since 10.05 and have nearly 900 post and still never ran across one of these threads. Do you live in the appearance forum?
All you need is a D16Y7.
