Default weird shifting problem

alright i got a basic 94 ex 5 speed. just exhaust. but my friend has about amile of 4 lane out by his house, like no one out there, no cops no nothing. country in oklahoma so i just decided to see how i kould take this z6. well.. when im runnin it. its all good but when i shift the RPMs dont change. at all. . they sit at the shift point and like hold there. and it loses a crap load of power. i pulled codes. only code is VSS and Fuel system supply and oxygen sensor. i dont no what to look for in my fuel system. cuzi mean fuel filter, pressure, injectors. but they all ran fine in the car the motor was in b4. just b4 we swapped it andthen after it does this.

first thing you have to do is fix the VSS, without it the ECU has no clue how fast the car is going and therefore wont engage vtec, in return you get all kinds of problems.

fix the obvious first.

Perhaps your foot is on the gas as you change gears.
