vtec problem

vtec problem
I
I'm portuguese and new in this forum.
and i have my del sol vti vtec with vtec problem, i was bought the car with the vtec problem, and now, i have open all the head, clean the valves, port the head etc etc...
but my problem is, the car don't open the vtec, the rocker shaft, after a few minutes of working, it rotates, and the oil is insuficient to open the vtec, and in the civic vti manual, it don't show pictures of all the orifices of the rocker shaft.
i need to see some pictures of it, please help me.

If your oil pressure is too low, the VTEC switch wont allow the VTEC to trigger. JDM motors don't have a VTEC pressure switch, but USDM motors do. Not sure what you got over there in Portugal.
On the solenoid there should be another wire coming out just below the VTEC trigger wire. This wire will set a ground when the oil pressure is sufficiently safe to allow VTEC operation.

yes, the vtec solenoid is working.
the oil is in up mark.
the oil pressure is very very good, it's all good.
my motor is jdm and have oil pressure switch.
i know the problem, after a few minutes of the motor working, the rocker shaft in the head, rotate, and the oil pressure in the rocker shaft is insuficient to open vtec.
but now, what i need to do to eliminate the rotation of rocker shaft?
