Default Vtec problem

Hi, I just recently changed the block on my Ls-vtec, and now the vtec dont wanna work. I hard wired it to a 11V pwr source to activate the soleniod and it still don't want to work, I also swap out soleniods. Does the soleniod need a certain amount of volts, cause it does click w/ the 11V. My next step I think is to check the pressure on the oil line, but does anybody know what it should be? Thanks for your help...

does the oil pressure reach 60 w/out the vtec, or does it go to 60 psi when the vtec hits?

so you have vtec on the button. Vtec on the button only activates the solinod to poen up v-tec if your ecu is not Vtec you will not get the same fuel curves as a vtec ecu.

55 psi is when vyec opens. also I dont understand is the vtec oil press sensor not wire up. have you checked the oil press. its easy. It just plugs into the vtec selonoig and then bam. check any honda VTEC manuel and it will show you how to do it.

you know, I didn't change my oil line, but I did put another elbow fitting on the end of it, maybe the fitting is causing the trouble... thanks for your help
