well today I got in my car. Drove it for about 20 minutes. Got back in and my idle was very low. Than it cut almost off and my check engine light came on. first instinct was to get the light checked out. But no computer will connect because of my conversion. Idk i didnt do it so ill have to get that fixed later. But back to the problem. I can drive my car normal, but when I get to a light or just stop to idle, the idle will drop really fast and almost stall. Than the check engine light comes on. After the light is on, I have no power and can't run past 4k. Also at about 3000-4000k it has a crazy fuel or ignition cut?? INsane 2 step except I don't want that hahha. So I am thinking dizzy? Any ideas before I go buy one. BTW its a d16z6 in a ej8.

Uhmm.. Chassis? Motor? ECU? could be internal dizzy problem. Could be a vacuum problem.. More info..

coupe.d16z6. p28. and yea I think its the dizzy. I am having a hard time getting ahold of a junk yard one for internals since I just did my coilpack in this one. And its not vacuum.

you need to fetch that check engine light code.

Not sure what conversion you have but you can always wire the ecu to give you codes via the light in the cluster. GIVE US MORE INFO.
