well my Idle is pulsing only when I hold it at any certain rpm. Its fine at Idle when I leave it alone, if that makes sense. When I try to drive the car it go's 4 feet and falls on its face. It doesnt shut off it just stops moving like Im gettin cut off or somehting. Im pretty sure its not a vacume problem. could it be a TPS or MAP sensor? Need help.

 

Is your check engine light on? If it is, see what code its throwing and you should find your problem....

 

got no check engine light. Thats also what is so confusing.

 

has your check engine light ever worked??? w/that kind of issue I don't see why you wouldn't be throwing codes...

my friend just bought a teg w/the bulb removed started to have a bunch of issues...an we checked to see, guess what no bulb...scandalous car dealers..

 

my chech engine lights works. I have seen it come on before but not recently. Heh I can stall my car on purpose to see if it goes on. J/k. Doesnt it come on when I first start the car? Anyways the light does work and I still have no clue as to why my car is doing what its doing.

 

I have the same problem except mine pulses when i leave it alone, but then when i try to go, it falls on it face like u said. Its at the shop right now hopefully they will figure out something. I will let u know if they do.

well this is what my car is doing. It idles fine but when I bring the rpm's up and hold them they pulse. It only does it between 2-4k after that the car holds with no pulsing. It still drives ilke 4 feet at a time and falls on its face. I cant find any visibel vacume leaks. Any ideas

 

Well I had a hole in a gasket for my intake manifold, so he put a new one on, then I dynoed it. And it idles to lean. So now its time for a V-AFC, just gotta find a cheap one.

what gasket did you get replaced? was that your problem? Why would you be running lean now?
