Timing Marks?

Timing Marks?
I have a 94 DX and I was just wondering what marks do I line the belt up with on the crank pulley? The middle red mark or the mark off on it's own?

mark off on it's own. The middle red mark is 16 degrees BTDC...and the marks outside of that are +/- 2 degrees accordingly.
When you take off the timing belt cover, the key way slot should be pointing up and the cm gears should be pointing "up"
