Look the guy is from Germany and is obviously asking how to set the timing if he has a D16Z6 head on a D16Y7 block.
I honestly don't know the answer because some of the engines you have to set the cam gear marks level with the cylinder head, while others you have to line up a mark on the cam gear to line up with an indicator on the plastic upper inner timing cover.
I'm going to look in the service manuals to see if both the Y7 and Z6 use the same method for lining up the cam gear, and if they do then that should answer the question.
...but make sure you're using the WHITE mark on the crank pulley lined up with the sight on the lower plastic timing cover before beginning to try and line the cam gear up.

yea no stupid remarks im asking because some people said the cam gear is diffrent on the z6 head its about a one tooth diffrence but i wanted some one who has done the swap to confirm this for me but thanks b18c5-eh2
