Default Threw a code Today!!!!

ok, so i was on my way to work this morning, driving down the interstat around 60 mph and me cel came on, got it read and it was a code P0171 ( system too lean, Bank 1) what could be the cause of this, the car is a 98 ex with a D16Y8 and all it has is an intake, any help would be greatly appreciated...

Reset it and see if it comes back. If so check your fuel pressure and injector operation.

ok, ill do that, do you think that it could be an o2 sensor also???

Fuel supply system problem is more likely.

Basicly your not getting enough fuel...If the code comes back change your fuel filter and carefully remove the injectors and clean them off. My car did the same thing with same engine and that fixed the problem.

Could be, but not likely at all. I would check for fuel supply problems. A exhaust leak under the right conditions can cause this code too.
