HELP with this damn code 41-defective fuel system.
I fixed my 41 (o2 sensor by cleaning it). I still have my code 43. Ive 2x checked everything. What exactly does this code mean? Are there specific parts it relates to. Im getting ready to redo my entire fuel rail/injectors. I drove for 2 weeks w/o any codes. One week after tuning i get this crap. Sometimes it comes on, sometimes it dosent. It always goes away when i shut off the car and restart it. It will stay gone till the car gets cold again. As long as i keep driving, it stays gone. HELP PLEASE!

Fock, i posted wrong. I fixed the 41. I cant get rid of my 43.
Could my o2 not be clean enough and still be causing my code 43-defective fuel system.

One problem with checking injector grounds....the computer grounds them! The injectors are supplied with 12v on one side, while the other side (ground) is used by the ECU to fire the injector. I am having the stupid 43 code after and engine swap (B18B to B20Z). I have tried the ground thing and it only made code 16 go away.
He said code 41 was fixed by cleaning the O2 sensor. I fixed my codes. Since I swaped in a B20Z, I had the IAC and ACT sensor connectors swapped. I swapped them back and presto! car runs lean again! NOw all I need is to get it tuned for the 2.0L
