Hey guys im new here just trying to find some answers. Ive searched for a while now and cant find anything really exactly decribing what i need. Im looking to do a mini swap on my b1 block just get a tad more power out of the super slow thing. Im pretty new to working with cars but im doing it all by hand on my first projecr 97 civic dx coupe. So heres what i got. I have a p2p-a34 ecu with my b1 block and b7 head. From what ive read this is the ecu for a 97 civic. What im wondering is if i get a y8 head is it just gonna be slap the head on and plug in the vtec? (Aside from timing and all that) will the y8 cam work? And can i keep the b7 dizzy? also is running this ecu on my current set up bad for my car? Like i said im new sorry for the post im sure no one wants to answer again but its much appreciated! Also im on a phone due to the lack of a pc.
