Default suspension installation question

no one is helping or answering in the suspenion section
Who ever says search i have multiple times. My question is about bump stops and dust covers on shocks. i am going to install either skunk2 coilovers of tein s springs with tokico blue (witch i already have). My question is where do i have to cut the bump stops and do i reinstall the dust sheild? i bought the shocks from a buddy. They are brand new just without any instructions. i also will be buying the shocks/coilovers from one of 2 guys witch both used them for 2-3 months. these are going on a 92 lx just so you know lmk thanks
