GC Coilover and KYB AGX installation
I'm going to attempt to install new shocks/struts and GC coilovers this weekend. I'm familiar with what tools I'll need and comfortable doing the installation. However I do have one question. I've been told to cut the bump stop (I think thats what it's called) in half before installing my new shocks. I've also been told to remove them completely. So which is correct? What are the pro's and con's cutting in half versus removing them completely? I'd appreciate any feedback. Also, do you guys suggest getting a alignment after my installation? Thanks in advance.

Re: GC Coilover and KYB AGX installation (DaChoZn1)
running no bump stops severly increases the chance that you "bottom out" the shock, thus destroying the damper over time.....i know the shocks dont say when to cut the bump stop, the springs do (ie, my eibach springs had a template to cut the bump stop, the AGX's didnt)......
