Stock v Forged Pistons

I own a 96 civic coupe EX. Is there any point in putting in forged pistons from a performance point of view ?

the fact that they're forged isn't going to give you more power... but they will be able to handle more power...

W/O bumping the compression by buying higher dome than stock pistons it won't yield any performance (unless they're lighter... then it will be little if any power gain... it may rev easier).
