answer to swapping 2/3dr and 4dr hoods.
ok well i searched to see if i could put a coupe hood on my four door and there were plenty of threads ALL with mixed answers. so i decided to find out for myself...
i put my friends coupe hood on my sedan and it bolted up fine, closed right, but DIDN'T fit right. the coupe/hatch hood is about 1/2 an inch too short. the top of the headlights show but its not really noticable at all. the noticable part is inbetween the headlights. it doesn't sit flush with the top of the bumper, it is back a little bit more and not long enough. Looks bad.
so to answer this question... NO, do not put a coupe/hatch hood on your sedan.
