I have heard that the steering wheels from the rsx/dc5 and the 02-03usdm SI steering wheels bolt on to the EK column. Now I have also heard that for the newer hondas(civic-crv-insight-pilot-accord) have the same hubs, which would make them interchangeable.

I have access to a 2002 civic coupe EX steering wheel, will this fit my 98 dx hatchback? I am not worried about the airbag, just worried about the hub compatability. Thanks for any responses.

well, I bought my car wrecked and i never replaced the passenger airbag, i just got a canadian tray.....and the SRS module is a "one time use" piece, and $$ is an issue, since i would only trust honda for these parts. I have a 2000 SI steering wheel and airbag, but the bag has a nick or two that is bothering me, and the leather is getting a little shiny and worn. Not to mention the fact that I have access to a 2002 EX coupe wheel and airbag.

The wheel has those two little bumps at "ten and two" that I find really comfortable. I like the horn function bettet than mine, and the black wheel just deels and seems so nice in my hands. Not to mention the three dimentional honda emblum on the center of the airbag, and the fact that it is omething new to me.

Will this fit?
