Sloppy shift linkage in my ek
Alright i got a 00 EK with a GSR swap. my shifter moves way to much in gear i replaced the bitch pin and it did improve but still is pretty sloppy in gear does any one know whats wrong???

There are two rubber couplings that may be missing that causes play in the shifter while in gear. You really shouldnt worry about it unsless it just annoys you, or just buy an aftermarket shifter. It should take care of the problem.

replace your shifter bushings. at first it might be hard to get into gear at first, but it will soon lossen up to make shifts alittle easier. thats should slove your probelm..
