Default Running on two cylinders

Hey guys,
On my other civic with a gsr in it i did a compression check. 270 across the board. It was running fine before the check but not it seems like it is running on two cylinders. It sounds almost like a harley and has no power what o ever!! I pulled the wires from the plugs and then pulled the plugs but forgo to unplug the injectors. What the expletive is up with it. The wires are good, replaced the plugs, coil is good, ignitor is good, injectors are good. I don't know WTF to do. I am completely lost. Your help would be great!!! Thanks.
