Default Resistor box question to wiring harness!!!!! Need help please

ok I have had my car up on jack stands for over 1 1/2 years now just bought a new motor b16a. when I was turbo with my single cam CFT had to cut into my wiring harness and solder in a resistor box. Here is the thing the car runs at like 3k rpm and I tryied going back to stock on my single cam at one time the car wouldnt idle and its doing the same thing on my b16a motor as well. So do I need to take the resistor box out to solder the fuel injector wires to that one box that is blocked off on the drivers side plug? I think that is the only holding me up besides the knock sensor and a o2 sensor. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
