Icon6 rebuilt motor not starting

I have a motor I recently rebuilt from a junk yard, installed it and now I cant get it to start. I can get the motor to crank over but it won't start. I checked alll my grounds, I'm getting fuel and spark. I also changed out the ecu and main relay and tried a differnt distrubitor. Im kinda stuck, any options would nice

Yeh timings right on no cel, and firing order was checked a few times. Ive seen a few other threads where people have the same problem and cant figure it out. I think i might change my internals on the dizzy. Ive also checked compression while cold since it wont start had 90 across all cylinders , seemed low so i added a cap of oil then got 120 on all. Thanks for the replys so far.

A healthy engine at minimum runs 135.

Double check all grounds are tight and have a good metal contact surface especially the one by the starter. Sandpaper is a must to ensure the grounds have good contact

what engine, what car? etc.....

Is it just cranking, is trying to start?

Is this is a b series 90psi is very low, and the fact it went to 120 with oil says the motor you bought is ****.

Even if it was a D-series that compression is entirely too low. I thought it was rebuilt?

did you gap the rings to spec? clock the rings right? heck did you hone out your bores and check for any out of round issues? might be excessive blow by getting oil on the plugs thus getting no spark. we need more details was this home done, sent out to a reputable shop, the posts just don't add up.
