Default Radiator Fan no-longer kicking on after swap, and tps out of range.

This weekend I finished swapping a D15B (JDM) into my 93 Del Sol. The car originally had a D16z6, after the swap we ran the car for some time and the fan did not kick on. I tested the fans and they work last night I swapped the fan switch from my old motor onto the new motor, would the JDM switch have been different or is my issue elsewhere?

Also my motor came without a TPS, I took the one off the old motor which was riveted (actually break head screws)to the old throttle body. At closed my Modis sees the TPS voltage as 0.00 and at WOT it sees it as only 3.34v the spec is .5 (closed) to 4.5 (WOT) is my TPS bad, is the JDM throttle body different, and can TPSes be purchased without buying a whole throttle body assembly?

Was the motor fully warmed up? Did you double check to make sure your fan is plugged in?

No you can't buy a new tps from honda, i think someone sells aftermarket ones..

You need to connect a multimeter to the tps and move the sensor around until the correct ohm specs are achieved.
With the TB closed, sensor disconnected, ign off:
Pins 1 and 2 = 0.5-0.9ohms
Pins 2 and 3 = 3.6-5.4ohms

You also need to be sure you have correct voltage, sensor connected, ign 'on':
Pins 1 and 3
0.5volts with the TB closed
4.5volts with the TB fully open

These specs should also be correct from the factory. If theyre not, and you havent replaced the tps, you know its time to do so.
If you have replaced the tps and these readings arent met, your sensor isnt positioned properly

Thanks for the input, the fans do a post (power on self test) when the car starts up, I swapped the CTS and brought it inside my shop to get it out of the cold and allowed it to warm up and the fans now kick on. So the one that came on the new motor was bad. I'll look into my TPS using the specs you provided, thanks.
