Default quick BAR sticker question

Can anyone shed some light on the REQ ECS: portion?

What does the following acrynoms stand for? FR, SPK, CCO, MIL, 02 and what are their functions?

MIL is check engine light, it has to work and not be on.

O2 is oxygen sensor, it has to be present and appear to be working

I forget the rest of it. You can always call your local referee and ask him/her these questions. They will be the ones who should have all the answers.

I'm pretty sure, cause it's still a 1.6L.
