parking brake adjustment
ok I have full 95 integra brake system on a delsol with the delsols master cylinder the distribution block is also from 95 integra the driver rear caliper was fucked up i replaced it now i cant get the e-brake to stop the driver rear wheel it stops fine with brake pedal ( i have brand new del sol si e-brake cables) bleed system about 4 times still the wheel turns while e-brake handle all the way up. im lost im thinking it may be bad caliper but it moves the piston out as far as the passenger side??????????????????? about to ship the caliper back unless somebody can help or had this problem before

It sounds like a problem with the connection between your Parking Brake Cable and your Caliper. Can you post pics?
In any case, you'll want to check the Cable end to make sure that the Clevis Pin is properly securing the cable to the Caliper's Cam Lever, and that there is a Cotter Pin that holds the Clevis Pin in place.
Also, make sure that the Parking Brake Cable is properly secured to the Caliper's Parking Brake Arm with a Retaining Clip. Sometimes these things can pop off when doing Rear Brake work.
