Default Okay new problem I just searched but... idle fluctuating...

Okay i'm working on a EG DX hatch with a B16, I swapped out the Skunk2 intake mani and JG throttle body for a stock OBD0 mani. It turned on fine for a minute then I turned it off to clear a few codes from the swap, then I went to start it again and the idle fluctuates up and down fast... Can anybody point me in the right direction cause I really don't want to put the Skunk2 mani and JG throttle body back in the car.

TIA

Might be the intake mani gasket then... cause I used the same one. I hope that's the case I'm also gonna change out the IACV.

yeah it really pissed me off because i knew what i was doing and forgot to take it out of the manifold and put it in the bypass vacuum line. i didn't figure it out till i notice i had vacuum on my crankcase vent. that should fix it if you know it is out or bad they do go bad occasionally

did you look closely at the gasket??? as long as you are careful you can (but shouln't) reuse it.

you may want to check the easy thjings first, all vacuum connections, FITV etc.
