I could probably rig something up using my old d15, although it would be bigger than that...I think 70hp and 700lbs would be plenty fast

do they use lawn mower engines in those little things?

my friend had one similar to that except he used a motor cycle engine with disc brakes and he had a shifter for the transmission, quite cool, im not sure what engine but it was either a honda or suziki one of the bigger models, cruiser style.

Holy **** Brian, WHERE did you get that pic? What kind of info do you have on that? I don't even really know what I'm looking at, so excuse me for being ignorant on this one. Any links, or other helpful tidbits?

Thanks.

My next purchase
Very nice I would love to get into carting there is nowhere in motorsports where you can get that kind of performance for the investment ex. starter cart $3000.00 110 mph top speed 1-1 1/2 G's on the turns Pro cart $6000.00 6 speed tranny 125 mph top speed 1 1/2-2 G's

excellent I've almost thought of giving up the scene and selling my car to get into carting one last advantage no more tickets

But I'm sure you already knew that best of luck

I truley beg to differ if you have ever driven one you would know........your either not turning hard enough or it will spin.....they only flip when you touch wheels with someone.......that's racing! If you are taking it out for just a drive and maybe even some fun racing you will not be flipping.

I have never seen one Flip. It`s pretty safe if you`re not a jackass.

Bob-Never received any mail from you cack! We got there at 7am and there was snow on the Karts!

You think that you have seen a fast go kart? Not as fast as mine! 82 Yamaha street bike motor, custom built chassis, discs, micron muffler, and a **** load of other custom stuff. I have the tackiest slicks on this thing and still barely get traction shifting into almost any gear. I snapped a chain the other day doin a burnout cuz it was so torquey. I have only topped out 4 gear and that was at 125 mph. I still had 5th to go but I dont have big enought ***** to go that fast on it yet. I am buying a digital camera with this weeks pay check so I will post up some pics of it when I can!

Don't they come with the 125cc Honda motorcycle motors?
I want one so bad....but it seems that there aren't a lot of 20 and up guys driving, just 14-16 year olds.
