I'm running a stock b16 with all the bolt-ons. Internals are stock, i'm looking into turbing it. I plan to change my plugs, wires, fuel injectors, piston, rods etc... My question is with my ecu again a P30 (92-95 Del Sol VTEC CROME ONLY NO UBERDATA) Do i need to chip it for fuel delivery running only 8lbs of boost?

My car already has a fuel regulator and fuel rail....I'm changing the injectors to 450cc and i guess the fuel pump too I just cannot find the answer about chipping the ecu? Thanks in advance. Let me know if i left any info you need out...

Yes, and you will need to get it tuned too. You can't simply add parts to a car and expect it to last very long. Either it will run too lean and you'll have detonation, or you'll run too rich and that's not any better of a situation.
