Default Need some help car wont start after i replaced bottom end

so blew my motor up when it was turbo so, i had to go get a bottom end for it due to a spun rod bearing(motor is a y8) everything went smooth, new belts ,clutch, alternator, etc but now im go to start

1 ran real rough so i shut it off and check timing marks there ok
2 went over the motor made sure everything was plugged up corectly still runs rough
3 had to change spark plug wires around becuase i thought they werent in the right firing order

after that now it wont start at all it cranks but doesnt start

i used this firing order diagram http://www.we-todd-did-racing....k1NDE

Shot of the motor

any help would be greatly aprreciated

EDIT: ran some test and found out the car isnt getting spark, now im just trying to figure out what could have changed in the last 1/2 hour to make it do this

EDIT:
i dont wanna do this nor do i have the cash for it but if i cant get this thing fixed soon ima have to tow it to a shop because i need this car running pretty soon, stil no suggestions

1 has spark ( weak)

2 cranks but doesnt start ( started before but ran like crap could of been because of firing order)

3 Not a fuel problem because i have pressure at the fuel rail and can hear fuel pump prime

4 when i try to start the car I hear a clicking sound in the passenger side area, could be coming from ECU, main relay, or fuse box under hood

check wires with a meter, check cap condition, switch wires around to troubleshoot by process of elimination.

Dude, I think you got the wires in the wrong spots. From dizzy it should be

34
12

That picture has it:

13
24

If you have your wires like that picture, then change it.

You do know that 3 and 4 need to be where the flat part of the dist. is right? Not all dist are going to be straight up. If he did it your way itll be off.

Clicking noise is main relay. If that goes then you wont be able to start your car.

A.)

Bring these two to your nearest part's store to have them test check to see if they are still good or bad
-alter
-starter

B.)

If I'm right it might be your battery.
if those (alternator and starter) are good and with that...clicking noise from your fuse or reley/s under the driver dash.

Your battery is low and doesn't have enough voltage to pump up some juice.

C.) If this isn't any help then

As previously mentioned your spark plug wires are in the wrong place. Here is a picture of how it should be. Whoever showed you that other firing order should be shot.

five things a gasoline engine needs to run
1. fuel
2.compression
3. spark
4. timeing
5. proper air flow

you must have a prolbem with one componet, or one or more is not working together.... think of it as team work
