i have an idling issue only when the engine is cold (like in the morning before school). i also have the same problem when my a/c is off and then engine is a normal temp

except when the a/c is off at normal temp the idle is high but in the morning reguardless of the a/c the car dies after i turn it on.

i am also experiencing a weird motorcyle sound when i accelerate. friends at school say its a leak in the exhaust but im having trouble locate it. any help would be great.

If your idle is high, like 1800 - 2000 when it's cold that is normal, the motor idles higher so that it can get up to operating temp sooner. If it's surging up and down then you are going to have check your IACV (idle air control valve) most of the time that's the case, take it off, don't lose the o-ring, and spray it out with carb cleaner a few times. That should help a lot.
