First of all check your coolant level. Low coolant will cause a fluctuating idle.
If the coolant level is fine, then you could have a few choices for problems:
1. Idoe screw. Could have backed out.
2. Fast idle valve. Located on the bottom of your throttle body, it controls the cold-engine idle in the mornings when you crank the car up, or any time it's cold. As it goes bad, the idle will go up and down like crazy until you get it fixed or replaced.
3. Idle air control valve. Not sure where yours is - don't have mine in front of me to look. Should be on the intakem manifold though. If it's bad then your idle will be screwy.
In any case if your car is still under warranty then let Honda **** with it - no sense in stressing over something that they have to fix for free.
