Need help with a ls vtec swap
I have an ls motor and I'm buying a b16 head and that's all I have. Now I need some input what I need to complete this swap from pistons cams cam gears everything to make it a daily driver with some nasty vtec power. Your advice is greatly appreciated...

There is a post in the hybrid section that will walk you through everything.
I will give you a quick run down , that I have off my head
-full Vtec head
-B18 block
-does it need a bore ? if not a hone
-p30 ( JDM b16 pistons) work great
-ARP rod bolts
-ARP head studs
-oil conversion kit
-GSR oil pump ( or any other obd2 oil pump )
-GSR waterpump
-GSR timming belt
-new Bearings ( rod and main )
-chipped ECU
-possibly bigger injectors ( if you get big cams )

Re: Need help with a ls vtec swap
Here is a good thread that I was shown in my LS/Vtec turbo thread, it has some really good advice and a lot of stuff that doesn't normally get researched.
