my header/cat is rattling against my NRG H-brace
Just as in the title, my header/exhaust on my ls vtec is rubbing against my h brace in low rpms. you can feel/hear it give a light rattle. everything is as tight as it can/is supposed to be.
is there anything i can wrap around the hbrace to stop the metal to metal rubbing? I was thinking electrical tape but i dont think it will take the heat of the exhaust and will just melt. what do you guys think?

I had the same problem, and thought of that same solution, but didn't end up doing it. I just ended up taking it to a muffler shop and they welding the header bracket up a little higher to give it more clearence off the H brace.
Is your car droped? is your H brace bent? perhaps you can just take it off and heat it up, bend it back striaght?
