my car wont start!!!!!
I went outside today to start my car and when i went to start it it wouldnt start and it was just making like a winding noise and that noise would just get lower pitched everytime. It is very cold where i am and i leavemy car outside so it could be the cold but i have never had this problem before. Granted it is only 5 degrees right now but if anyone can help it would be great.

Im guessing the battery cant stand the cold. So check the battery, if it's older maybe u need a new one. That was my problem. So give it a shot.

Probably the starter, but he doesnt have enough juice to crank it over.
Try jump starting the car.

That happened to my Pontiac. The starter solenoid didn't want to engage, so I beat the pi$$ out of it with a hammer while some one was turning the key, and that made the solenoid kick in, but that's only good for getting the car to the parts store.

when i go to turn the key it makes like a winding noise where you would here when you are trying to wind up like the older cars when you had to crank them to start thats kinda what it sounds like. Now I went to try and start it again and it is making clicking noises so now i dont even know what that is.

Maybe you do, maybe you don't. It depends.
First, if you have a no-maintenance battery, look at the top and see if you see the green light indicator. If so, then your battery is possibly still good.
Second, look at your battery and see how many CCA is delivering. Under 500 is not really powerful when temps get real cold.
Third. When was the last time you drove your car? If your car sat for a while, then it is expected to have a hard time to start.
Fourth, have your charging system tested to make sure you are charging the battery.
Fifth, have your battery load tested to make sure it is good.
And finally, when cold weather comes around, it is normal to have difficulty starting your car. When you go to start it, make sure your fan and radio are off to steer as much electrical power to your starter.

Something very similar happened to me. Turned out to be my ignitor. I guess they are pretty prone to failure in Hondas.
