i bought a car once that had a broken odometer. after taking out the cluster i noticed the odometer was tampered with and someone had rolled it back...and broke it in the process. Just take the cluster out and see if something slipped or broke.

aight ill see if that works.. i have a 94 cx hatch stock motor with a ex/si cluster... its just weird it was just working fine for a very long time then out of the blue bam! stop... and now its working... but its REALLY REALLY lagging... it moves but not as fast as its suppose to... you probably hve to drive like 10 miles to get just 1 mile on the odo...

the speed sensor could be messed up also, but that would throw a cel. so more than likely its inside the cluster.
