Default Cluster Problem....

I have a 94 Cx and I installed my EX cluster. Nothing is working on the cluster except the a few lights. Any ideas what could be wrong? Ive been through all the fuses and they are all good. And when I put the original CX cluster back in everything works properly.

Thanks,
-Jeff.

Are all the screws in the back tightened? If not, tightened them, but do not over tighten.

How is the green film on the back? Does it flap over and make connection to the plugs? Are there abnormalities to it?
