i have had some probs with my car recently.. motor kept throwin a code so i had it checked and said fuel mixture, couldn't figure it out and took it to honda.now another one came up saying map sensor. they tell me its bad and i replace it..it doesnt fix the prob and they also believe the 02 sensor is bad so i replaced that.. but still no change! the car has a very rough idol..u can smell the gas and at times when the check light comes on i can't go past 3500 rpms.. now i kno that is because its trying to protect the motor. it will idol between 200 and 600 rpms.. after letting off the gas it will drop to 0 rpm's and almost stall out then brings it back up to 200 rpm's..i am lost and im goin to check the plugs tom but unsure..almost seems like a misfire is happening while it runs. honda has had my car several times and apparently doesn't kno the cause of the problem. i did have a vafc in my car but later took it out. u think the wiring might of cause this? im lost and don't kno what to do thanks

start with the simple stuff. Check your timing, plugs, wires, cap, rotor. Then report back.
