You'd think so wouldn't you?
Read the rules man. No e-racing allowed.
You can have all the horsepower in the world, if you can't drive, you aren't gonna do ****. Same goes for torque. You need torque to get the car moving. A car can have 1,200 hp and 50 ft lbs of torque and take a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG time to get moving.
Horsepower = not everthing
Edit: I finally read your first post. BWHAHAHAHA thats funny. I/H/E and cams and you want mid 13s? Yeah right, You will need a HELLOFALOT more than that. A friend of mine has a turbo GSR that runs 13s. You think your engine with all the bolt ons and cams has that kind of power? Oh boy.

What chassis though? Was it gutted? I think the flywheel and 6 puck had a little bit to do with that too.

You don't sound to sure of your driving skills.

an ej1. nope, all the interior was in there and one time he ran a 13.7 with 2 12's in a heavy *** box. the only thing removed was the spare tire and **** in the trunk. he also had some slicks though and yea the 6 puck probably had a lot to do with it, but its still possible

Re: how much hp would i need? (egcoupe)
i am sure with those "ultra high performance" parts you listed you could get from
somehwere to some other place in 13 seconds, they're just not going to be a 1/4 mile apart!
and plus you gave us no info to go by...only you have gsr engine with b16 tranny and a 93 civic (model????)....WOW, great description!!!! ...........the car could weigh 2800 lbs, you never told us!!!, and for all we know you could be a fat *** (extra 300 lbs??) and have a big *** ricer 300" sub in your trunk or something..........
