The torque on the ls makes daily driving much more enjoyable.

You'll just need to wire up knock sensor which goes to D3 pin out at the ECU.

What year B18 is it and what obd ecu you using?

um whatever my uncle can get at the time is what motor ill put in.
is knock sensor the only thing you have to wire in and do you have to do an obd harness. Once you wire in a new knock sensor what goes into the old ecu pin. Do you think it will be a whole lot quicker then a sohc vtec or just a littel. i was going to do a head swap on my sohc with bullfrog and put a 55 shot of nitrous then someone made me realize that for street fun an ls motor would give me more torque to play with im hoping to get into the fourteens with it ill have an ACT stage 2 clutch ready to drop in once i get the motor.

i dont remember doing that. if you go with an obd1 ecu it should be plug and play

when i swaped my b18c1 into my hatch i had to wire up the knock sensor to run a p72 ecu(obd1), before i wired it up i had the CEL on.
but with the p28 there was no code
good luck with the swap
