Default Just a stupid question

I have a 96 civic dx with a d16y7 engine and i have no idea what the redline on it is. I called honda and they said it was around 5500 rpm but they were'nt sure. So i'm going to the experts, Does anyone know for sure what the redline on a stock d16y7 is.
Thanks for the help

I think he means redline not max power out put...

I don't know if this helps but my ZC redlines at 7200, fuel cut off at 7600, but I make full power at 6800.......

I just asked this the other day and have looked around at other sites. The DX redlines at 7100 and you get ur 106hp@6200. I needed to know cause I just wired up my tach and have it set to 6200 which seems to be pretty good.
