Default Help with dx

So I have a dx hatchie and I have a question. I know where the redlines are in each gear but my question is when I take it to the track to run the 1/4 mile should I take each gear to redline? When does it stop making power? I just have intake and exhaust on the biotch.

I know its slow but I wanna see what I run before I get my motor swap.

Well thats cool but mine does not have a tach so I cant look at rpm I have to look at speed. So would it be best to shift before it redlines or right when it is going to. I have hit the rev limiter a couple of times and it seems when I get up to high it doesnt feel as strong.

Right, hence...<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by JRI94 &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">6200rpms is about where the power band starts dropping off.</TD></TR></TABLE>

so try 31mph, 63, then about 85 maybe.
