Just replaced Intake Manifold having idling problem?

Default Just replaced Intake Manifold having idling problem?

I have a d15b7 and i just recently replaced my intake manifold with the same one. Now i have idling issues. It randomly sometimes just idles from 1k to 1.5k up and down. What is the problem? Thanks

iat iac and purge connectors correctly installed? is the coolant level correct?

I had this trouble before because where I peeled away the old gasket I didn't clear away the bits left on the block which caused the new gasket not to make a flush fit...

I removed it again, cleared it all away and in the process nackered my new gasket, got myself a Hondata Thermal and their more durable and reusable, done the trick!

But this is only one thing to check, theres alot of things that can cause issues in this area!

Have you drive resetting the ECU and adjust the idle screw?
