Problems after installing Insulated IM Gasket
I'm not sure if anyone else had this problem before, but after installing a Insulated Intake Manifold Gasket I got a code for the IAC (code 14). I'm getting a wierd idle. For instance, when cruising in neutral coming to a stop, my idle will be at 1.5k. Then when I come to a stop, it jumps from 1.5k to 1k a couple of times then drops down to about 1k and sits there. Sometimes is stays at 1.5k.
I'm using the AN-R Gasket, and I've checked the IAC and everything seems to be in place (i even tried switching around some plugs to see if i plugged in the wrong plug). I've retightened most of the Intake Manifold bolts, I say most because some were harder to reach.
Has anyone had a problem like this after installing this piece? Could the wierd idle IAC problem be caused by loose bolts on the Intake Manifold creating a air leak? Any info is greatly appreciated.

it sounds like you don't have a fresh source of coolant going to the IAC. Check those lines and make sure they are not kinked or anything like that...
Try checking for vacuum leaks. You could wait until the up n down idling occurs, then spray carb cleaner around the intake manifold in short bursts, around isolated areas. See if you notice a change in the idle. If you do, double check that area for vacuum leaks.
