1. Never heard of it.
2. Sleeving is a process where you take iron sleeves, bore the block, and insert them into the cylinder walls. It allows high boost as you should already know, since a D16 has such weak cylinder walls.
3. Porting is when you widen the inlets/outlets of the exhaust and intake valves, the intake manifold runner, etc. Polishing is basically just hot tanking and cleaning the components until they are smooth and are ready for optimal air-flow.
Please correct me if I'm wrong...
