Default interior electrical and starting problem..

okay so i just installed a LS motor into my 95 civic EX and it just keeps cranking with no spark. when i turned the key to the on position i dont hear any noises like you usually would like as if the fuel pump turns on or whatever.. starter is brand new and distributor is fine because i swapped with a friend's and his works fine but i get the same problem like when i had my distributor in there. after checking around the motor and the inside of the car . my power door lock, sunroof and power windows stopped working. i checked all my fuses and they are all good. have no idea what any of these problems could be .. please help me..

Start by checking whether the important ground wire attached to the thermostat housing is loose or connected.

When you turn the key to ON(II), does the CEL remain ON or turn OFF after 2 seconds?

For the windows, locks, and sunroof, check whether fuse 36 (50A) under the hood is blown.

This is called code 0, which indicates a problem with the ECU or its circuit. Is fuse 31 under the hood blown? Is fuse 18 or 24 under the dash blown? Does disconnecting the MAP sensor or TPS make the CEL turn OFF? Otherwise, the ECU or its wiring may be bad. It really sounds, though, like some engine ground wires is disconnected, loose, or bad. Triple check carefully.

Regarding the other problem, is fuse 36 blown?

fuse 36 is indeed blown, 31 is still good. under the dash, fuse 18 and 24 are both good.. i used jumper cables and put on end on the negative terminal and the other end on the motor just to use as a quick ground and it still didnt do anything. triple checked my original grounds from the harness and all are plugged in. disconnected TPS and MAP and still got check engine.. i searched around and saw that pr4 ECUs are for obd0 or obd2 LS but why does my OBD1 harness plug into the PR4 ECU that i have??

Other members will be able to tell you whether the PR4 ECU is compatible or not. Do you know anyone who will let you borrow a known compatible good ECU for testing?

I believe that they are OBDI. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

The question now is whether the PR4 ECU that you have is bad. A swap with a known good PR4 ECU should tell you whether your ECU is the problem.
