Icon2 fuel problem/ecu?

I just put a new motor in my car and i try to start it and it turns over but it wont start. i checked to see if the fuel pump was running and it wasnt. Why isnt it running? the pump is getting power. its got a good ground. the pump was perfectly fine before hand. I did noticed that when i turn the key to on position. the check engine light doesnt come on. the battery light and oil light comes on thats it. I didnt hear the main relay make any noise so i changed it and its still doing the same thing. I checked all the wires, grounds connectors and still can't figure it out. I did put different injectors in, RC 440 sats. but i doubt its that but any help would be great thanks.

Did you blow a fuse anywhere?

Sounds like your ecu isn't getting power or ground. Check fuses to see if you have a blown fuse. Make sure all plugs are plugged in.make sure the thermostat ground is hooked up.

check your engine grounds. Most often forgotten is the ground from valve cover to the radiator support and the ground on the thermostat housing.

You checked both the engine bay fuse box assembly and the dash fuse box assembly ?

It's possible your ecu crapped out.
