I'm looking for a quiet/stock sounding muffler.
I have 2.5 inch custom piping with a magnaflow high flow cat. I'm using a borla pro xs right now, but it's too loud for my liking. I'm looking for something pretty much completely quiet when idling with a nice light tone at a higher rpm.

I heard some sound clips from the apexi ws2 and it does not sound like a stock/quiet sounding muffler you want. just my .02 cents

nope i got the fart can chopped off and had it welded on im running a da teg catback so the diameter of the piping was close enough to just weld right on.

Magnaflow makes great stuff. If you want it quieter, just add a resonator....the longer, the less noise it will make. Exhaust tuning is not that hard.

Re: I'm looking for a quiet/stock sounding muffler.
I just got the OBX twin loop shipped to the door for 95 dollars. I have 2.5" piping all the way back to the twin loop...no cat/resonator. It is very quiet at idle and cruising. its got a little ZZIIIIINNNNGGGG to it at/around 3k-3.5. but i like it overall. so with a cat/resonator i figure it would be super quiet.

Ive got 2.5" piping with a cat and a Mugen Twin Loop, they are $$ but honestly it is the best sounding muffler for a honda IMO. Cant even hear my car at idle. And when i hit vtec it sounds soooooo nice. No raspyness at all.
