Took off my intake and checked my IACV port...plugged it and fluctuating idle went normal!! don't know why that is and I have checked a lot of things. Thinking about switching vacuum hoses? would that maybe be the case? CEL still showing IACV, but its replaced and throttle body replaced also. I don't know what else to do and this idle is starting to **** me off enough where I don't enjoy driving my car until it warms up!! Ive looked into everything..even ECT sensor..didn't change anything..please help.

this may sound stupid but it happens:
make sure you dont have the plugs to your IACV and TPS mixed up.
also, ensure that the wire from the IACV is not crimped/cut anywhere.

i had a similar problem with my MAP sensor. swapped it and everything and for the life of me couldn't figure it out..came to be the wire had been crimped badly near the ecu. easy fix after all.

if you're sure everything is as it should be, reset the ecu.

Thats actually makes some sense. Pretty sure that the plugs are right, but i will re-check to make sure. and also will check if any wires are crimped. Both by the plug and ECU?
