Default I need some help!

Last night will driving my eg my oil light came on and i knew it was kinda wierd because like a month ago we change the oil and everything and it hasnt been drove but maybe like 3-4 times in that month, but it does have a oil leak but not serious enough to make it lose that much oil. Also i cleaned the vtec sileniod the other day. Do you think that could cause it to do that? maybe i did something wrong, and also before the oil light even came on vtec wasnt engaging. It has oil in it cause we checked it today.

SO does anyone know what it could be?!?!

well if everything is correct, i.e. wires hooked up correct and oil level correct, the light still comes on, you have a pressure problem. if you dont have enough oil pressure or volume to support the engine vtec will not engage. you may have a bearing problem.
