you need to press rewind and start all over. Put everything back to where its stock if you can. if you can, if you can do that then be careful not to use the wrong connections where the flasher goes.
impo why would you want that anyway isnt that just a way to say your blinker light is out. looks trashy impo

does that relay only go in one way, is there open slots for it to plug into that can be rotated if it does?

the only way this could happen is if you changed the wiring at the hazard switch. Or if your hazard switch is on and you have something messed up with your bulbs.

the blinker relay simply turns on and off power based on the load attached to it.

The turn stalk simply directs the pulsing power from the flasher relay.

The hazard switch directs the turn signal stalk power pulse to the right bulbs.

so you think i need to buy a nother hazard button because as of now everthing is stock the only other thing i messed with is doing independent fogs but i dont think that would have anything to do with that

you havent recently changed any bulbs on the passenger side of the car have you. when i got my old rex it did similar things only worse, turned out to be the wrong bulb. it fit in the socket but caused problems.
