Motown Del Sol

Ok i have a bone stock 93 Del Sol S with no options. One day the left turn signal stopped working. All it would do is click at double time but not flash at all. It stayed like this for about a month and then i noticed about after i gave someone a jump start the signal started working correctly again. Then two months later it stopped again. All lights are working including passenger side lights, cargo, backup, license plate, etc. I even tried switching left bulbs to right. Put a ohm meter to the front and back light sockets but found no shorts. When i put on the hazzards the passenger front and back dont come on at all with the driving lights off but the driver side does flash at a normal rate. I checked the fuses under the hood. Tomorrow ill check the fuses under the dash. I am thinking its the directional relay flasher causing the problem? So here is my second question, how the hell do i get the damn thing out lol. I tried squeezing my 6' 200lb frame under the dash with my feet sticking straight out the open roof lol. I can just barely touch the relay with the tip of two fingers and could not pull, push, or wiggle it out. Seems to be attached to a right angle piece of metal. How do i get it out? Remove the dash?

Test the hazard lights switch:
