How to remove ARP head studs off B16 block?

How to remove ARP head studs off B16 block?
i was wondering how do u do it because i have them in a b16 block and wanna take em out and put in the stock ones

dont know why you would want to do that...
Assuming the head is already off...
you have to use the double-nut/lock-nut approach.
Spin one nut on, put a second on, as a lock-nut, tighten the two against each other a bit, and then turn the bottom nut by itself to remove the stud.

Or you could just use an allen key, since the ARP's have holes at the top of them for just that!

dont know about you, but my allen holes started to strip when I was putting mine into freshly chased holes...allen is too small for what they are imo
